When will my order arrive? These are pre-orders. We expect to dispatch from early December 2026 and will email you a confirmed date. If we can't dispatch in time for Christmas, you can cancel for a full refund.

What are the Christmas order dates? Order by Thu 17 Dec (Tracked 48; Royal Mail's last posting is 19 Dec) or Sun 20 Dec, 6pm with the Tracked 24 upgrade (last posting 21 Dec). Royal Mail's dates can change.

Can I send it straight to the recipient? Yes. Add their address and a gift message. We don't include prices in the box.

Does the Pillow Mist help you sleep? It's a scented pillow and body mist designed to be part of a relaxing bedtime routine. It isn't a medicine and doesn't treat any condition.

Ingredients and allergies? Full ingredients are listed on each item and on its product page. Some contain fragrance allergens (e.g. linalool). Patch test, and avoid if pregnant or sensitive without checking with a professional.

Returns? You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene items (mist, eye mask) can only be returned if unopened and sealed. See our Returns policy.

Who makes the products? SOMNS-branded items are made for us by UK partners; other items are by independent makers named on each product.

Do you deliver outside the UK? Not yet: UK mainland only for Christmas 2026.
