Returns & Cancellation (DRAFT: check with a solicitor / Shopify template)

• 14-day cancellation: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us at [email], then return the items within 14 more days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back (or proof of postage), including standard delivery cost.
• Return postage: paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong.
• Sealed hygiene items: the Pillow Mist, eye mask and other personal items can't be returned once unsealed, for hygiene reasons (Reg. 28(1)(e) Consumer Contracts Regs). A gift set can be returned if those items are unopened.
• Faulty or damaged: contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
• Gifts: recipients can return for a refund to the original payment method or a gift card.
• Christmas extension: orders placed from 1 Nov 2026 may be returned until 15 Jan 2027 (optional goodwill; decide).
